8 sundried tomatoes, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves 2 tbs freshly grated parmesan 2 tbs shredded basil 2 tbs chopped parsley Toasted rolls, salad leaves, aioli and beetroot relish (see accompanying Spring receipe) to serve |

Place the beef in a bowl with 8 sundried tomatoes, garlic cloves, parmesan, basil and parsley. Mix until combined. Season with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties. Cook patties for 3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Serve burgers on toasted buns with salad leaves, aioli and beetroot relish. |
