
The delicious flavour of Dandargan Organic Beef is getting noticed in the local hospitality industry. Award-winning chef Hadleigh Troy recently featured Dandaragan Organic Beef at a special dining event at Restaurant Amusé in East Perth.
Hadleigh barbecued rib-eye on the bone (which had been aged for more than four weeks to increase flavour) on a bed of whitegum coals and served with burnt onion puree and stout vinegar. Hadleigh said the dish was a winner with his private dinner party of 45 friends and family.
Dandaragan Organic Beef is also being featured on menu’s at Cullen Restaurant and Rydges Hotel Perth.

In news from the farm we have abundant grasses in our paddocks, thanks to plentiful rains in 2011. The cattle are in peak condition and our new season beef is now available.
